• One account per person; accounts are non-transferable

SMS Communications

Service Limitations

We strive for reliable service, but we cannot guarantee:

• 100% uptime or availability
• Immediate delivery of all alerts
• Coverage of all weather events
• Accuracy of underlying NOAA data

Acceptable Use

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Add phone numbers you do not own or control
• Resell or redistribute our services without permission

Payment Terms

For paid subscriptions:

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

Limitation of Liability

is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our service, including but not limited to damages from missed alerts or delayed notifications.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the account settings.
